Integration of Voice Systems on PC Operator Stations

If you want to know our work with applications with VoIP systems integration you can visit the information about Millenium IP.

Introduction

In a changing world with constant challenges, integration of telecommunication systems improves the performance of isolated systems that can cope with challenges that our society demands in an effective way.

Integration of VoIP technology can multiply the capacity of isolated systems at a reasonable cost and integrate that systems into the daily computer interfaces work.

Using this technique, we multiply effectiveness of telecommunication systems and turn to each operator as a telecommunication network client.

For example, a PMR radio terminal, but not only that, but it can also simultaneously talk on the PA system.

Description of the Proposed System

The system shown in the image is composed of several radio equipment from various manufacturers that are controlled by a hardware gateway.

Integration of various radio systems into a single operating environment (click for details).

From each operators’ PC can access all radio equipment to configure or to use its telecommunication facilities.

To use radio equipment operators only need only a PC with sound card and headphones.

Each PC becomes a simultaneous terminal of each radio terminal, multiplying the possibilities of use.

Integration of several remote radio systems (click for details)

In the same way you can share remote resources interconnected by telecommunication networks, radio links, fiber optic, satellite, UAV's, etc.

This system in turn can be integrated with other devices such as paging, intercom, video surveillance, telephony, SMS, GSM cell phone, etc.

Market Niches and Opportunities

Example 1: scattered radio systems

It is supposed a radio system covering several thousand kilometers and rugged where to deploy radio coverage is expensive and technically impractical. VoIP can connect multiple radio systems as if they were only one and also be served by multiple operators.

Example 2: Service centers, command and control

In a service station an operator can access all the bodies that have a radio system, fire, security, intelligence, police, ambulance, etc.

Example 3: Integration with other software applications and simplifying operator's work

Faced with an emergency situation, how many devices would claim the attention of one operator at the same time?
